Learning, with a sense of wonder

School lessons.
More joy.

Helping children understand school lessons with joy.

We bring learning and play together, turning school concepts into moments of curiosity, discovery and understanding.

Playful by nature. Purposeful by design.

A little lesson in discovery
An arithmetic lesson: three forest-green counters and two coral counters combine into five. A dotted discovery path connects counting, adding, and understanding.

Start with three. Add two more.

3 + 2 = 5

Two groups become one.

  1. Count
  2. Bring together
  3. Understand

Our intended approach

Joy opens the door.
The lesson gives it purpose.

We want children to enjoy discovering an idea and understand the school lesson behind it. Learning and play belong together, with educational goals guiding the experience.

  1. Begin with the lesson

Choose a school concept and keep its educational goal in view. The activity serves the lesson.

  2. Make room for play

Invite curiosity through a small challenge, a puzzle or a visual explanation. Give children something meaningful to explore.

  3. Return to understanding

Connect the playful moment back to the concept: what happened, why it happened and how to explain it.

Our work / learning initiatives

Different ways in.
Understanding at the heart.

Games, hunts and visual explanations give us different ways to explore school learning. These introductions describe initiative directions; the original visuals below are illustrative concepts.

Arithmetic mini-game initiative

Math2Fun

Make numbers something to explore.

Math2Fun explores arithmetic practice through a planned collection of mini-games. The direction is simple: give a school concept a playful setting while keeping the mathematics at its heart.

Addition as combining groups.

Addition / bringing groups together

4 counters

2 more

4 + 2 = 6

Count each group. Combine them. Count the whole.

Illustrative conceptLesson goal: understand addition as combining groups.

Scavenger-hunt initiative

QuestKey

Follow curiosity, one clue at a time.

QuestKey is a mobile scavenger-hunt initiative for parents, educators and organizers. Its direction combines QR progression, puzzles and printable paper hunts, giving exploration a sequence to follow.

A paper route connecting clues and puzzles.

A paper hunt / a path to follow
  1. Find a clue

A QR progression point connects the route to the next puzzle.

  2. Solve a puzzle

    What comes next?
    2 → 4 → 6 → ?

  3. Continue the hunt

A printable paper route gives the exploration a tangible guide.

Planned explanations

AI educational videos

A little story. A clearer lesson.

We plan to use AI in creating educational videos that explain school lessons with joy. The educational goal comes first; the visuals and pacing should help children follow the idea.

Example lesson goal Understand one quarter as one of four equal parts.

  1. 01

    See the whole

Begin with one whole, divided into four equal parts.

  2. 02

    Notice one part

Highlight one of those four equal parts.

  3. 03

    Name the fraction

One of four equal parts is one quarter: 1/4.
